You can turn off the ringing sound and notification that pops up when someone is calling you directly. You might want to do this if you don’t want to receive work calls on your mobile. Or maybe you don't want to be distracted when you're in a meeting.
Windows:
1 Click Settings 
on the navigation sidebar, and then go to Notifications > Calls.
2 Go to the Direct Calls section, and choose one of the following options:
- Don't mute notifications
- Always mute notifications
- Only mute notifications when I'm in a meeting or on a call
When you choose this option, you also can Automatically decline all incoming calls. Calls are declined on all your devices.
3. Under Call pickup, choose Mute notifications.
This applies to Unified CM and Calling hosted by a Service Provider.
If you're enabled for call pickup, you can turn off call pickup notifications.
MAC:
1 Click Settings on the navigation sidebar, and then go to Notifications > Calling.
2 Go to the Direct Calls section, and then choose one of the following options:
- Don't mute notifications
- Always mute notifications
- Only mute notifications when I'm in a meeting or on a call
When you choose this option, you can also Automatically decline all incoming calls. Calls are declined on all your devices.
3 Under Call pickup, choose Mute notifications.
This applies to Unified CM and Calling hosted by a Service Provider.

iPhone and iPad:
1 Tap your profile picture, and then go to Settings > Notifications > Calling.
2 Choose one of the following options for Incoming calls on this device:
- Banners and Sounds
- Banners Only
- Off
This applies to Webex Calling and Calling hosted by a Service Provider.
3 Toggle Silence Rings to silence incoming calls on this device.
This applies to Unified CM.
4 Under Call Pickup, toggle Notifications to off.
This applies to Unified CM. If you're enabled for call pickup, you can turn off call pickup notifications.
Android:
1 Tap your profile picture, and then go to Settings > Notifications > Calling and choose from the following:
- Toggle Incoming Calls on this Device to off.
This applies to Webex Calling and Calling hosted by a Service Provider.
- Toggle Call pickup to off
This applies to Unified CM. If you're enabled for call pickup, you can turn off call pickup notifications.
2 Go to Settings > Notifications > Sounds and vibration > Calls and choose from the following:
- Toggle Silence rings to off.
- Toggle Vibrate to off.
