NOTE: CARS Password is different from A/D or portal password.
Problem:
A user cannot log into CARS.
Solution:
- Ensure they're connected to wired or wireless ARBOR network (not personal or public)
- Check A/D to see if they have permissions for CARSUsers
- Have Full-Time Help Desk or Software Services Technician verify they can login as them
- Have Full-Time Help Desk or Software Services Technician reset the user's CARS Password
