Call forwarding on desk phones

Turn on call forwarding

1. Press the CFwdAll or Forward All button
2. Enter the phone number or extension you would like to forward your phone to
   1. If sending to an external phone number, include the 9 prefix before typing the number

Turn off call forwarding

1. Press the CFwdALL button. This will turn call forwarding off.
