Releasing tickets from the frmbbhd Quarantine

- As an Office365 Admin, visit https://outlook.office365.com/ecp
- Click Protection
- Click Quarantine
- Click the magnifying glass icon
- Enter a recipient email address of frmbbhd@arbor.edu
- Click on all the messages that are returned from the search
- Click on the letter icon
