Delete a Saved Password from Chrome

You can make Chrome forget specific passwords or clear all saved passwords at any time. For more browser resources go to: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95606?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Specific Passwords:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click 3 stacked dots
  3. Find "passwords and auto fill" when the menu opens
  4. Choose Google Password Manager
  5. Search for desired password to be cleared. For portal specific passwords search for arbor.edu and/or federation.arbor.edu.
  6. Choose password
  7. Scroll down and choose delete
  8. Exit out of browser for changes to take effect

All Passwords:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click 3 stacked dots
  3. Find "passwords and auto fill" when the menu opens
  4. Choose Google Password Manager
  5. Choose "Settings" on the left side of the browser
  6. Scroll down and select Delete Data under the "Delete all Google Password Manager data" section
  7. Exit out of browser for changes to take effect
