Report a Desk Phone Problem

Before reporting a problem with a SAU Desk phone, try these basic troubleshooting steps
  • Un-plug and re-plug the Ethernet cable on the back of the phone. 
  • Verify that the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into the both the back of the phone and the wall port.
