I'm not getting all my email. How do I find and release quarantined messages from SAU Email (Office 365)?

Microsoft puts into Quarantine any messages that it suspects are spam. You can view the messages in your Quarantine and release individual ones to your Inbox by reading this support article from Microsoft.

To summarize the steps

  1. Visit https://admin.protection.outlook.com/quarantine
  2. Login with your SAU username and password. You will then see any messages in your quarantine. 
    1. If the page doesn't display correctly, try refreshing the page in your web browser.
  3. If you see a message that isn't spam, click on it.
  4. Click the Release Message End user spam quarantine release message icon icon, and then from the list.
  5. Click Release message and report as not junk, which will release the message to your inbox and report it as not junk to the Microsoft Spam Analysis Team.
