The issue:
Feith wasn't built with Wondershare PDFElement as an option for viewing PDF files. So what the client will see is the first page (Cover Page) will load under an ID number but when they scroll to the next page in the file they will just get a blank dark screen. The client knows there is data there to view but Feith wont show it.
How to resolve this issue:
We will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Special requirements for installation:
An administrator account must be used to perform this function. If you require assistance please call the IT Helpdesk.

Be sure to un-check the Optional Offers, then click download at the bottom of the Adobe Download page.
Extra notes:
Once the file is downloaded you may install the application if you have an Administrator account on that machine, If you are presented with an Administrator log in and password box and need assistance, please contact the IT Helpdesk.
