Placing International Calls

TelNet Worldwide takes security seriously. To protect against fraud, TelNet has implemented two-factor authentication for international calling.


How to place an international call with two-factor authentication:

Place your international call as normal

In place of a ring tone, the following announcement will immediately play:

“Please enter your account code followed by the pound (#) key.”

Enter the international account passcode “0432#”

The call will then proceed as normal

Error conditions:
If the international account passcode is not entered within 24 seconds or if an incorrect passcode is entered, the authentication for the call will time out and the following announcement will play:
“We’re sorry, the number you have dialed is incorrect. Please hang up and try your call again.”
