The app icons on MySAU will show up for anyone logged in to the MySAU website, but not all of these apps are available to everyone. If you are an alumni or former student and you receive an error message when clicking the link for Outlook Email, you likely don't have access to Outlook but you are able to use other tools on MySAU. If you are a returning student, access to email is typically not available until you are admitted and ready to register for classes. If you need access sooner your admissions rep would need to request that to be enabled on your behalf.
Access to Outlook is removed three months after a student graduates, or three months after a student misses a semester of classes without being registered for future classes. Access to MySAU is removed one year after graduation, or one year after the last semester someone was registered for classes.
