The USB Flash Drive must be formatted as FAT32, which is the standard format. If you cannot see any files on your flash drive, it might not be formatted properly. Click Here to see instructions on how to do this.
Please note that you can only print PDF, JPG, and TIFF files directly to the printer from a USB Flash Drive. Microsoft Office files (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) must be converted into a PDF by saving through the “Save As” drop down menu. Choose PDF under “Save As File Type.” Click Here to see instructions on how to do this.
1. Insert the USB Flash Drive into the USB Connector on the printer.
2. When you plug in the USB drive the screen should look like this:
3. If it doesn’t, click on the arrow to move to the USB Drive icon.
4. Choosethe document you want to print.
5. Choose the 3 document icon (upper left corner) if you would like to print double- sided (duplex).
6. Choose Print to print the whole document or Print Current Page for just the current page that is showing on the preview screen. You can change the page by clicking the arrows on the left and right of the preview screen.
