Schedule (Reserve) a Room in Outlook

  1. In Outlook click File
  2. Go to New
  3. Click Meeting Request
  4. Add the room's Mailbox to the TO field of the message
  5. Add any other attendees that the user would like
  6. Click Send

This will send a meeting request to the owner(s) of the requested room's mailbox. The user will receive a message indicating whether the request has been accepted or declined after the mailbox owner has reviewed the request.
