Student Cannot Resubmit Assignments

Problem:

A student has submitted an assignment the maximum number of times allowed. The instructor wishes to allow the student to submit the assignment again.

Solution:

The instructor will need to do the following:

• Open the course in Blackboard.
• On the left-side menu, open Grade Center and click “Full Grade Center.”
• Scroll over to locate the assignment the student needs to resubmit.
• Hover over the correct row/column for the student/assignment and click the drop-down on the right-side of the cell.
• Click “View Grade Details.”
• Scroll down and click the button near the bottom on the right-hand side that says “Allow Additional Attempt.”
• Have the student resubmit the assignment.
