Having web site problems? Try clearing your browser cache

Google Chrome: 

  1. Visit chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Change "Clear the following items" to from the beginning of time
  3. Click "Clear browsing data"
  4. Close out of Chrome completely and reopen it

Mozilla Firefox: 

  1. Click on the settings "cog" in the top right corner of Firefox or go to this link: about:preferences
  2. Search for "clear history" in the search bar at the top of the settings page
  3. Click "clear history"
  4. Change "Time range to clear" to Everything
  5. Be sure you selected at least cookies, cache, and site data.
  6. Click Clear Now
  7. Close out of Firefox completely and reopen it

Internet Explorer (Not supported for SAU Websites): 

  1. Click Tools (gear icon) → Internet Options
  2. Click Delete under the Browsing History header on the General tab
  3. Click the Delete Files button next to “Temporary Internet Files”
  4. When asked if you are sure, click “Yes
  5. This process may take a couple minutes to complete

Safari (Not supported for SAU Websites): 

  1. Click History menu Clear History
  2. Change the "Clear" dropdown to all history
  3. Click the Clear History button
