How to Use The Advisee Roster

Change Advisees Displayed

Problem:
An advisor may see students listed in their advisee roster. Below are the steps to change which students show up in a roster.

Process:
Advisors will normally want to select “Currently Registered” or “Active Advisees” as the default advisee status. Using “All” as an advisee status returns a list of both active and inactive students assigned this advisor.

  1. Click the preferences tool in the upper right
  2. Click the drop-down menu under Default Advisee Status
  3. Click the preferred default option
  4. Click the Save Changes button
