To edit a plan make sure the user is logged into the portal. Once there direct them to the Academics tab. Once in the Academics tab, select Academic Schedule Planner. After the Academic Schedule Planner is selected, make sure the user has an EXTRA/COPY OF a non-approved plan they can edit. Once this is done, select the extra/copy and then click edit plan. IMPORTANT NOTE: if they edit an approved plan, they will have to get that plan re-approved by their academic adviser.
