Rules

A user would like to have certain emails forwarded, categorized, or put into a special folder. All of this and more can be done by setting up rules in Outlook.

  • Open File
  • Open Manage Rules & Alerts
  • Click New Rule...
  • Build rule to fit the needs of the user

Note: Rules created in Outlook cannot be modified in Webmail, except in Internet Explorer
