Disable Desktop Alert

Description

User is annoyed or dislikes receiving the pop up notifications when an email arrives.
Solution

• In the main outlook window, open the File menu
• Open Options
• Select Mail
• Under the Message Arrival header, uncheck the box labeled Display a Desktop Alert
