Updating Global Address Book

If they are saying that someone who has an assigned username is not showing up in their outlook address book, they will need to delete a file that will update their directory.

  • Close Outlook
  • Go to Start
  • In search field, type C:/Users/Username(this will be the client’s username)/AppData and press enter
  • In the window that pops up, open the Local Folder
  • Go to Microsoft -> Outlook -> Offline Address Books
  • Delete the numbered folder
  • Reopen Outlook and search the name again
