If they are saying that someone who has an assigned username is not showing up in their outlook address book, they will need to delete a file that will update their directory.
- Close Outlook
- Go to Start
- In search field, type C:/Users/Username(this will be the client’s username)/AppData and press enter
- In the window that pops up, open the Local Folder
- Go to Microsoft -> Outlook -> Offline Address Books
- Delete the numbered folder
- Reopen Outlook and search the name again
