Jenzabar provides web-based training on particular functional area of CX.

Email Discussion with other Jenzabar Users

Jenzbar Email Lists – If you want to connect with other Jenzabar users in a particular area (Financial Aid, Registrar, etc) Jenzabar provides email lists to which you can subscribe. To start that process,

1. See the list at http://lists.jenzabar.net
2. Click the “Get Password” link on the right side.
3. Enter your email address
4. Create a new password for your account.
5. Click the “Register Password” button.
6. You will then receive an email with a link that you need to click on to confirm the creation of your account. Click on the link
7. Log in with your email address and the password you setup in Step 4.
8. Click on a list name
9. In the Options box on the right side, click on the “Subscribe” link
10. Enter your name
11. Select Regular to receive an email each time a post is made to the list or Digest to receive a daily email of all posts made that day
12. Click the Subscribe button
