Because MySupport is connected to our other services, you don't have to remember a separate username and password.
What do you DO need to remember is to be logged-in when you Find Answers in the Knowledge Base or Get Help in the Service Catalog.
If you look in the top-right corner of MySupport, you should see your name. If you don't, click on the Sign In text and enter your SAUUsername and password.
