To remove your SAU email from any mobile device, you need to check in two places on your phone. These steps may vary depending on how up-to-date your phone is, but the process stays the same. In short, you need to check and see if Outlook is installed on the phone, and you need to delete the Outlook account. Then you need to go into the phone's settings and check and see if the SAU email account is saved there. Specific directions for IOS (Apple) and Android are below.
IOS Built in mail app
1. Open settings
2. Scroll to account section (it has a key symbol) Click on the accounts
3. Click on SAU email account
4. Choose delete account
IOS Outlook app
1. Open outlook app, and click initials in top right corner
1. 
2. Click settings cog in bottom left corner
3. Click on SAU email account
4. Delete the SAU email account (bottom of the screen)
Android Built in mail (through settings)
1. Open Android settings (either swipe down from the top and click settings, or find the "Settings" app.)
2. Scroll down to accounts and click on accounts
3. Click on SAU email account and choose "Remove account"
Android Outlook app
1. Open up the outlook app
2. Tap settings (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner
3. Tap the settings cog in the bottom left corner
4. Click on SAU Office 365 account (should be the top option or close to it)
5. Click delete account
