1. Open CARS
2. Press capital "U" to open the Utility Menu
3. Then press "h" to open Printer Control
4. Press "n" to open the Change Printer Menu and press F1 at the title screen.
5. Press "a" (to add printer), "c" (to change default), or "d" (delete) and hit enter
6. Enter name of the printer and press enter
7. Press "q" to quit and press enter
8. Have the user quit and log in again and the default will be changed.
