Reset Your Password

Use MySAU to your password

Follow these steps to change your password for all SAU services, including MySAU, SAUonline, and SAU email.

1. Visit MySAU at https://mysau3.arbor.edu.
2. Click the Click Here to Reset Your Password link on the right side of the page.
3. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
4. Enter your birthdate.
5. Enter your SAU ID Number. It can be found on your ID Card or a SAU bill.
6. Click the Continue to Step 2 button.
