Accessing the Ticketing System

  1. Visit https://serviceportal.arbor.edu/TDNext/Home/Desktop/Default.aspx
  2. Click on the Grid Square if it presents one. You need Technician Portal.
  3. Ticket System will open as a new Tab. Click on it
  4. Read TeamDynamix's overview of the differences between Incidents, Problems, Changes, Releases, and Service Requests.
  5. Click on the ticket you need to work on.
  6. To work on the ticket, click on the Actions button and select Update.
  7. When you're done, click the Save button.
