Accessing the Ticketing System

  1. Visit https://serviceportal.arbor.edu/TDNext/Home/Desktop/Default.aspx
  2. Click on the Grid Square
  3. Ticket System will open as a new Tab. Click on it
  4. Click on a Ticket Category (Incident, Problem, etc). Read TeamDynamix's overview of the differences between Incidents, Problems, Changes, Releases, and Service Requests.
  5. Click on the ticket you need to work on
  6. To work on the ticket, click on the Actions button and select Update
  7. When you're done, click the Save button
