I'm having trouble logging in

Follow these steps to resolve any login issues. Failure to do so can result in attempted automatic logins using your old password, locking your account.

  1. Remove ALL SAU passwords from ALL web browsers that you use
    1. Chrome
    2. Firefox
    3. Internet Explorer
    4. Safari
  2. Delete your SAU email account from any apps on mobile devices
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Clear your saved password from SAU printers
  5. Try using another browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. 
  6. Uninstall and reinstall your brower
    1. Chrome; uninstall and reinstall. 
    2. Firefox; uninstall  and reinstall
  7. Reset your password using the form on MySAU
  8. If you are still unable to login, submit the Login Trouble form.
